The challenge with Tokyo Marui was to determine which European countries were the most suitable for a market entry. We conducted market studies for each country Tokyo Marui was interested in
(France, Belgium, UK, Italy, Germany, Spain).
We reached to a full understanding of the market situation and opportunities,
and we found local potential partners to work with
(Airsoft shops, Airsoft associations and practice areas).

For instance, we found more than 16 potential partners in France and more than 15 in the UK.
