Camp Village Project

Before Beeans Inc. joined

Circuits in Japan usually offered unreserved seats for watching races, without any special activities or outdoor events. While there were many visitors who enjoyed freely camping with their own tents during the races, there was little consideration for camp beginners, circuit first-timers, and distanced visitors, as those open spaces were secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

Initiatives of Beeans Inc.

Beeans Inc. developed a brand new business model which became “Camp Village''. We planned, organized, coordinated with partner companies, and managed the on-site operation, as one team with the circuit. Beeans Inc.'s consulting idea was to focus on the concept of enjoying motorsports. Further, we realized a new branding strategy for the circuit with the skill sets of project management and consulting.

Project success

Fuji Speedway has been continuously holding the Camping Village, and built up a solid foundation as a circuit where people can enjoy watching races with camping experiences; it is now popular enough that the most popular areas are sold out within 15 minutes after ticket sales begin.

The event successfully contributes to the acquisition of new customers and the fostering of a new camping culture at the circuit; further, it has expanded the excitement of races to the customers who mainly come for camping.
