The Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra 100th Anniversary World Tour was a global performance tour in New York, Madrid, Paris, London, Singapore, and Bangkok to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra.
Beeans Inc.'s client, Rakuten Inc., was the sponsor of the event. As part of the CSR activities, the aim was to support education and music activities for Fukushima's earthquake and tsunami disaster recovery. The event includes music performances and exclusive VIP parties for political, entertainment, and business leaders.

Before Beeans Inc. joined
Rakuten, Inc. was one of the many companies that were actively involved in supporting music and art activities.
In the beginning, Rakuten, Inc. envisioned a world tour with VIP parties and other branding activities. However, due to the complexity and the degree of difficulty, they were unable to find a capable partner to work with.
Initiatives of Beeans Inc.
Beeans Inc. planned and organized the VIP parties based on our global business experience, coordination, negotiation, and language skills.
In particular, Beeans Inc. was in charge of all communication with local facility managers and organizations at 6 locations of the world tour performances and served as the PMO for the entire VIP event project.
Project success
The VIP guests fully enjoyed the orchestra performance and the aristocratic party.
Further, Rakuten, Inc. established firm and profound relationships with socially and economically influential VIPs in major cities around the world, recognized as a socially responsible entity representing Japan.
