Overseas market entry support of HIYAKU Next Enterprise Program

Before Beeans Inc. joined

At the time, as part of the “Silicon Valley-Japan Bridge Project” concept announced by Prime Minister Abe, it was aimed to create continuous innovations and enterprises that are globally influential.

Initially, it was necessary to build a structure for this initiative, including the direction of support and criteria for selecting companies; there was also a clear issue that we had to collectively hold the event with 11 companies.

We were required to unite 11 companies into a single space as a unified Japanese booth, Beeans Inc. carefully arranged the adjustments to meet the goals of each company without compromising the overall concept.

In addition, to help the companies enter the U.S. market smoothly, we planned the optimal space and decoration and coordinated with the local event management organization in parallel.

Project success

Based on Beeans Inc.’s global business experience, coordination, and planning skills, we unified and managed 11 companies into 1 concept and message, and successfully present the value of the event to visitors around the world.

The event was widely covered by the press and immediately after returning to Japan, many of the dispatched companies signed the contracts with their new clients and obtained feasible business opportunities.
