Japan's largest outdoor French fair "Le Village Bonjour France"
The French Chamber of Commerce in Japan (CCIFJ) has been hosting "Bonjour France" at the Mitsukoshi Isetan Shinjuku since 2015, and it has become one of the most popular spring events.
As an extension of the event, Beeans Inc. created "Le Village Bonjour France," the largest outdoor fair, as Project Management Office (PMO) with the support of the French Embassy in Japan since 2017.
In collaboration with Fuji Speedway, one of the most famous Japan international circuits, and WEC 6 Hours of Fuji, the international endurance race held by a French organization, many people have experienced the authentic French lifestyle in the event.

Before Beeans Inc. joined
Fuji Speedway has always been producing entertainment events and activities for visitors to enjoy during the domestic and international races.
However, during international races held by French organizations with stronger French culture, there was no sense of unity in stands and exhibitions and it was not appealing to the visitors.
Initiatives of Beeans Inc.
We have collaborated with CCIFJ to create an event that matches the French international race. Starting from selecting exhibitors, we comprehensively organized the food and drink menu, sales products, and entertainment show.
In addition, we became the bridge for exhibitors between motorsports fans, to whom they normally didn't have the chance to approach.
Project progress
Le Village Bonjour France is one of the newest events of the international race in autumn and is gaining popularity among motorsports fans.
We have received support from the French Embassy in Japan and established a cooperative relationship with CCIFJ. This project has also contributed to the success of Fuji Speedway's branding activity.
