The business philosophy of Event Communications Co., Ltd. is to "create new communication for social prosperity and regional revitalization through the event industry." They carefully select and introduce the most suitable products and new attractions from amusement production companies around the world to actualize their corporate goal.
The company uses its experience to explore new "FUN" experiences in the world and promote regional revitalization around Japan. In addition, they are currently expanding this business and franchising it to deliver "FUN" together with partner companies.

Before Beeans Inc. joined
Event Communications had been promoting its business by visiting international exhibitions to look for new attractions and products.
However, the root problem was that they relied on translators and interpreters, and believed anyone who can speak English can do international business.
They started the business without understanding and accepting the unique business culture of different countries, building relationships, and negotiating properly, which was the main reason that they were unable to achieve the ideal results.

Beeans Inc. participated as PMO based on global business experience, coordination, negotiation, and language skills.
We built a “one team” with the partner manufacturers by building relationships, clarifying roles and responsibilities, visualizing tasks and deadlines. Ultimately, we created win-win results for all involved parties.
Project success
By building "one team" with the partner manufacturers in the U.S., Europe, China, and Event Communications, where languages and cultures differ, we were able to avoid unnecessary conflicts and create positive discussion and negotiation occasions that lead to satisfactory results and successfully delivered "FUN" to Japan.
