FIA World Endurance Championship（WEC）- Shanghai
The World Endurance Championship (WEC) is an endurance race world championship organized by the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). The World Endurance Championship (WEC) is a popular race event held in Europe, the United States, and Asia; the race at the Shanghai International Circuit was held from 2012 to 2019. Beeans Inc. took on the role of Project Management Office (PMO) for 5 years since 2015, mainly supporting the smooth operation and implementing new event activities during the period.

Before Beeans Inc. joined
In 2012, the first year of the WEC Shanghai, the WEC organization collaborated with Chinese companies for the first time. The problem was more than the differences between languages and business culture; building “One Team” relationships with local companies were also the major bottleneck. With the highest quality demanded of the world-class race, an urgent improvement was needed for the VIP environment and other entertainment activities.

Project success
Beeans Inc. had contributed to the promotion and development as PMO from 2015 until the final race in 2019. The major issues that needed urgent improvement were reformed with high quality; we smoothly responded to changes and new demands every year and became a solid bridge between French and Chinese companies. We successfully realized a strong "One Team" relationship which led to high-quality results.
Beeans Inc. managed about 70 people invloved as PMO.
