Franklin Templeton Asia Investor Forum in Tokyo
Franklin Templeton, an independent asset management group that provides a wide range of financial products and services to institutional and individual investors around the world, invited investors from Asia to Tokyo for a three-day international forum to share their latest business strategies, establish new sales channels, and strengthen relationships with investors. About 100 investors from Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, and other countries were invited; including the organizers, more than 10 countries were gathered at the forum. Through lively discussions at the forum, Franklin Templeton successfully taught and proposed medium- to long-term asset formation plans that meet all customer needs.

Before Beeans Inc. joined
After deciding to hold the forum, Franklin Templeton's U.S. headquarter entrusted the planning and organization of the forum to the Singapore branch. However, the complexity and difficulty made it difficult to accomplish, including fulfilling the requirements of the U.S. headquarters, setting goals for each branch, and preparing the event that considered the cultural and customs differences of the participants from different countries.

Beeans Inc. served as the PMO, based on our global business experience, coordination, negotiation, and language skills. We were responsible for the organization and operation of the forum for the organizer and participants, including transportation plan within Japan, accommodation, and MICE at the hotel, preparation of food and beverages, post-forum networking party, and gift production. The cooperating relationship with the Singapore branch was also strengthened during the time.
Project success
With our experience in planning global VIP incentive trips, Beeans Inc. provided smooth preparation, on-site operation, and a high-quality hospitality plan, including VIP reception and meal plans with respect to religious customs. We contributed to the success of the project by responding to the needs of the U.S. headquarter, international branches, and the participants.
