Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship Welcome Reception Project

Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship is an annual amateur golf tournament where golf players from the Asia Pacific region compete to qualify into other higher level golf tournaments. This year for its 15th edition, it was hosted in Gotemba Taiheiyo Club for the first time. To intensify the excitement towards the tournament, a welcome reception is held to celebrate the grand opening. We have supported from the decision of the venue up until the operation of the reception altogether. Using the uniqueness of the location, as well as plans for various Japanese entertainments, the welcome reception has become an exciting event for all the VIP guests and the players.

Before Beeans Inc. joined

Augusta National Golf Club (ANGC) who holds the reception party was enlivedned to start the plan. They had inspirations to design the event; however, they have experienced the hardships of communicating and thinking about how to make use of the venue. Therefore we have involved to help and support with the planning and putting ideas to action.

Initiatives of Beeans Inc.

Beeans Inc. with multiple experience in the total operation of VIP receptions, has taken on the role of PMO to create the idealized event. As working as one of Fuji Speedway's employee, we had rich knowledge of the venue that made us able to initiate and operate from the designing of the reception room, until selecting each of the cultural contents and catering that satisfied the global stakeholders.

Project Success

With close collaboration with our local suppliers and ANGC, the welcome reception has created a special atmosphere with Japanese cultural performances and experiences for all the guests and players to enjoy the night. Additionally, it has satisfied the VIP guests, and motivated the players towards the tournament starting from the next day.
