Coded Education Fuji Motorsport Forest Project

Coded Education is a U.S.-based organization providing STEAM-focused educational programs for middle and high school students. It emphasizes hands-on learning by visiting globally recognized locations. For their first visit to Japan, they selected Fuji Motorsports Forest as a place to study engineering. Managing and guiding approximately 300 overseas students at a newly opened facility required careful planning. Acting as the PMO, we served as a bridge between all parties and supported the project from planning through on-site operations.

Before Beeans Inc. joined

In FMSF, operational experience was limited to domestic groups of up to 100 participants, with no established structure to manage approximately 300 overseas students within a limited timeframe. English versions of facility guidance script, and scripts adjusted to STEAM-oriented content were also not yet available. Therefore many challenges were yet to be solved.

Initiatives of Beeans Inc.

We led overall coordination, including adapting content and scripts to highlight FMSF’s learning objectives while integrating STEAM elements. We also managed operational planning such as transportation flow and on-site support, and delivered educational, hands-on experiences unique to Fuji Motorsports Forest.

Project Success

Both students and teachers reported a high level of satisfaction, with particularly positive feedback from students interested in motorsports. Despite on-site challenges such as health-related issues and schedule adjustments, the program was executed smoothly through clear support structures and coordination, successfully completing the full day’s operations.
