Japan Cup (SRO Japan Cup) is an international GT racing series organized by SRO Motorsports Group, featuring high-performance GT cars under globally standardized regulations. Held at circuits across Japan, the series attracts overseas teams and drivers and is recognized for its international profile. Japan Cup Round 1 & 2 SUGO took place at Sportsland SUGO in Miyagi Prefecture, delivering exciting racing action to motorsport fans. Beeans Inc. supported the event by driving planning and operational execution, contributing to smooth race operations and enriched event content.

Before Beeans Inc. joined
Sportsland SUGO had limited experience hosting international-standard race events and faced challenges in coordination and decision-making with overseas organizers. Differences in operational pace, last-minute changes, and language barriers made it difficult for the circuit to clearly convey its intended operational policies and adjustment requirements.


Initiatives of Beeans Inc.
Acting as a cross-cultural and bilingual coordinator, we aligned the intentions of both the overseas organizer and Sportsland SUGO, representing the circuit’s perspective as part of its operational team. We clarified roles, visualized tasks and timelines, and led overall project management, covering planning, preparation, and on-site race operations as the PMO.
Project success
Japan Cup has been held at Sportsland SUGO for two consecutive years, growing its audience each year and becoming one of the circuit’s flagship events. Next year also been confirmed, Beeans Inc. continues to serve as the overall project lead, working closely with SRO and SUGO to ensure stable execution while flexibly adapting to annual changes and evolving requirements.
