World's First | Circuit-Integrated Permanent Campsite Development Project

At Fuji Speedway, Japan’s premier racing circuit certified as FIA Grade 1—the highest international standard that allows the hosting of Formula 1 Grands Prix—the world’s first circuit-integrated permanent campsite,“100R RECAMP Fuji Speedway,” has been established. Beeans Inc. has long been committed to exploring new possibilities that combine motorsports and outdoor experiences, proposing alternative ways to enjoy circuits beyond racing itself and introducing new styles of motorsport spectating. From initial business concept development through project promotion and the construction of collaborative frameworks, Beeans Inc. played a central role in overseeing the entire process, ultimately contributing to the realization of this permanent campsite.

At Fuji Speedway, the utilization of certain areas previously used for different purposes had become a challenge. Against this backdrop, several environmental changes converged: the growing popularity of camping and glamping, increasing momentum in fostering a motorsports × outdoor culture, and the launch of the related Fuji Motorsports Forest Project.

In response, Beeans Inc. proactively proposed and negotiated the establishment of a permanent campsite with various stakeholders, positioning it as a new way to enhance the circuit’s value and visitor experience.

As the development of a permanent campsite requires significant investment, it was essential to formulate a robust business plan and ensure accountability to group companies and stakeholders. The project also involved selecting partner companies for operations and outsourcing, while clearly defining the boundaries between areas managed in-house and those handled externally.

In addition, Beeans Inc. took responsibility for the comprehensive management and promotion of all necessary practical tasks, from information disclosure through to actual operations.

Since its opening, the campsite has attracted substantial attention both domestically and internationally. It accommodates a wide variety of lodging styles and has proven popular among families, car enthusiasts, camping beginners, and corporate users seeking welfare programs or team-building activities.
