FUJIKA - Overseas market entry project
FUJIKA is Japan’s largest and oldest party cracker manufacturers based in Ehime Prefecture. Inherited with the techniques from 1985, it has been selling its products in party supply stores all over Japan. In order to gain further business opportunities and challenge the American and European market, FUJIKA decided to participate in the Japan Expo held in Paris and conduct local sales activities as its first approach. FUJIKA actively promoted its products and successfully attracted great attention with Japan quality in many places.

Before Beeans Inc. joined
The reason FUJIKA decided to enter the overseas market was that looking to the business in the long-term, they have sensed the size of the domestic market shrinking in recent years and the Japanese market was no longer enough.
However, the world’s major market share was held by China, where provides products with low price, FUJIKA couldn’t find a way to enter the overseas market.

Beeans Inc. differentiated FUJIKA’s product from others based on the value of Japan’s manufacturing standard, which guarantees high quality and safety, and targeted the potential customers and cooperative companies who agreed with the value.
We chose France, where has a high level of acceptance of Japanese culture, and used the JAPAN EXPO more than an exhibition chance, but also as a touchpoint for local sales.
Project success
With Beeans Inc.’s global business experience, sales and negotiation skills, we conducted BtoB and BtoC sales activities in France. We successfully received great attention and eventually won an order from a popular party cracker distributor in Paris, France.
In addition, we have established relationships with potential clients and have drawn out future business possibilities.
