FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) 6 Hours of Fuji
The World Endurance Championship is a world endurance race organized by the International Automobile Federation (FIA). This international race is a series held worldwide, including Europe, America, and Asia; the race for Japan comes only to Fuji Speedway, a symbol of Japan's circuits. Beeans Inc. has been engaged as project management office (PMO) since 2014, leading the preparation of WEC 6 hours of Fuji and also bringing advanced ideas and contents.

Before Beeans Inc. joined
There was a huge communication gap between the French organizer, LMEM (Le Mans Endurance Management), and Fuji Speedway.
Each party made their own claims, lacking understanding and consents without proper control, which resulted in slow progress. Both parties and the event itself were in a state of suffering a loss and were in great need of management support.

Beeans Inc. first focused to build up a healthy organizational structure.
We improved cross-cultural communication by fostering mutual understanding, goals, and visions.
In addition, we took control of the preparation with project management and consulting skills, by clarifying roles, responsibilities and visualizing tasks and deadlines.
Project success
Beeans Inc. has been continuing to participate as Project Management Office, to lead the groundwork of the event with LMEM and Fuji Speedway.
WEC 6 Hours of Fuji is now successfully held as "one team" responding to external factors such as environmental changes, with established smooth, risk-free project promotion.
Beeans Inc. managed about 100 people invloved as PMO.
